African Threading: The Take Down


So I ran into some problems taking down MG3's hair....I share it all here--along with some valuable lessons. As bad as it looked, MG3's hair felt so good, I was determined to work harder on my technique to improve this method for her. Time will tell. Stay tuned for round 2!

  1. I giggled when you said you put MG2's hair right back up...I would have done the same thing! LOL! It's just hard to remove a style before its time is up. I'm interested to see how you change the technique for MG3 in the future and how much of a difference it will make.

    Mocha Baby was just too cute! :D

I'll never forget the first time I saw Mocha Girl One (HmG) . She was an emergency c-section, and had to spend several days in NICU. She was born four days past her estimated due date and looked huge in her incubator. I imagined her to be especially delicate and feminine. I couldn't wait to frill her up, and more importantly to do her hair !
